Pour half your chocolate in one cup and half in the other. Use a small spatula or gently turn your cup, until the whole inside is coated in chocolate, as shown. Shake the excess down to the bottom. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Once frozen solid, fill your cups ¾ of the way with ice.
Mix together your cold water and instant coffee. Pour half into each cup.
