1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 15 to 30 second intervals, checking and stirring each time so that the chocolate doesn't burn.
2. Place lollipop sticks onto a prepared baking sheet.
3. Place the melted chocolate into a piping bag, cut the tip from the bag and pipe chocolate into circles at the top of each stick.
4. Add candy sprinkles to the melted chocolate.
5. Top each chocolate lollipop with a red candy heart or two.
6. Place the chocolate in the fridge and allow it to harden completely before serving.
