Ingredients

  • 2 - 17.5 oz containers of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • Non stick baking spray
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  • Open the two cans of dough and set aside the icing. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Unroll each of the large cinnamon rolls almost to the center.
  • Spray a 10" round casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Place half of the cinnamon roll dough in folds to one side of the backing dish.
  • Repeat on the other side of the dish with the remaining dough. Leave a 1/2" space down the center.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
  • Mix a drop of red food coloring with the icing in a medium bowl.
  • Top the cinnamon roll casserole with the pink icing using a butter knife.
  • Cut into wedges and serve or have party guests simply pull the brain casserole apart with a fork.
