Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white candy melts
  • 6 cups corn pops or more
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Toss the white candy melts into the crockpot, set it on low, and let it slowly melt for about an hour. Pro tip: don't be tempted to turn up the heat - low and slow is best!
  • Stir the chocolate until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Add the corn pops. Fold them gently using a long-handled spoon, making sure every kernel is coated in that delicious, chocolate goodness.
  • Grab your cookie scoop and drop large scoops of the coated cereal balls into cupcake liners on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. This trick helps the snowman balls stay in perfect shape without needing to roll them with your hands (less mess, more fun!).
  • Dust the balls with powdered sugar for a "snow-like" finish.
  • Pop them into the fridge for about an hour to let the chocolate set. Once they’re firm, you’ve got yourself a batch of delicious snacks that are perfect for your next fun holiday movie night!

Notes

Shape without mess: Using the cupcake liners is a game-changer, but if you prefer traditional rolling, spray your hands with cooking spray before rolling to prevent sticky fingers.
Make it marshmallow-y: If you want a gooier texture, you can add 2 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted candy before mixing in the popcorn. It’ll give you those marshmallow popcorn ball vibes!
Storage: Store any leftover popcorn balls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Wrap them individually in plastic wrap for a cute and easy grab-and-go treat.
