Ingredients

  • 200 g 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • 340 g 12oz bakers white chocolate
  • 1 cup salted pistachios
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup pistachios and cranberries chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the white chocolate bark, white chocolate chips, pistachios, cranberries and coconut oil to the crockpot.
  • Set to cook on low for 1 hour, stirring at the half an hour mark.
  • When the chocolate is completely melted, stir once again to coat the pistachios and cranberries in chocolate.
  • Place muffin cup liners on a baking sheet.
  • Use the cookie scoop to drop the candy mixture into the liners.
  • Top candy clusters with extra pistachios and cranberries if desired.
  • Move them to the refrigerator to set for about an hour.

Notes

  • Use muffin liners or parchment cups to keep the clusters neat and gift-ready.
  • Stir at the halfway mark because white chocolate is delicate and can scorch faster than dark chocolate.
  • For extra festive flair, sprinkle a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt on top before chilling.
  • If making ahead for gifting, store them in the fridge or another cool spot so the chocolate stays firm.
