Dutch Oven Blueberry Cobbler

This dutch oven blueberry cobbler is beyond simple to make and a hit with the whole family! I love to make quick and easy recipes like this when we're camping.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Country Biscuits - 340 g 10 biscuits
  • 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling - 540 ml

Instructions

  • 1. Line the dutch oven with parchment paper.  This step can be skipped but it helps to make clean up WAY easier.
  • 2. Open the can of blueberry pie filling and pour it into the bottom of the dutch oven, spreading it out evenly.
  • 3. Pop open the can of biscuits and place them in one layer overtop of the pie filling.
  • 4. Place the lid on the dutch oven and bake the cobbler over the coals of a fire for about 25 minutes. Alternately you may bake this in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • 5. Scoop and serve the blueberry cobbler.
