Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe container. Melt in intervals of 15 to 30 seconds, checking and stirring each time so that the chocolate doesn't burn. Dip the pretzel into the white chocolate, coating the whole pretzel.
Place the treats on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or wire rack. Tip: using a wire rack allows the excess chocolate to drip from this salty treat.
In separate small bowls, melt the colored chocolate wafers in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely smooth. Poor the chocolate into piping bags or sturdy plastic bags.
Cut the tip from the milk chocolate piping bag and drizzle chocolate over the pretzels. Repeat with each color of chocolate.
Place the pretzels in the fridge and allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving.
