- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Line the bottom of a square 8 inch x 8 inch non stick baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine dry ingredients. Add butter, egg and vanilla and mix until a soft dough forms.
Roughly chop up the mini eggs into a third of the size. Reserve a few eggs for the top of the bar.
Add the mini eggs and chocolate chips to the dough.
Spread the dough evenly into the baking pan. Press the reserved chocolate eggs into the top of the bar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to completely cool.
Cut into 2 inch bars for serving.
