Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup homemade burger sauce

Toppings:

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Dill pickles
  • Chopped onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Once browned, drain excess grease.
  • Stir in the garlic and cook for about a minute, just until fragrant.
  • Add cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and seasoned salt. Cook on low, stirring until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 large casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, black pepper, and hot sauce. Pour this over the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together your homemade burger sauce for that iconic creamy Big Mac sauce.
  • Slice the casserole into your desired serving size (we get 6 hearty portions).
  • Top each piece with shredded lettuce, dill pickles, chopped onion, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of that delicious special sauce.

Notes

  • If you’ve got a teen army to feed, double the recipe and save some for leftovers.
  • Skip the pickles and toppings if you're going full keto Big Mac casserole style.
  • A layer of crispy tater tots or even smashed potatoes on top can give it a fun texture twist.
  • This casserole bakes beautifully from frozen—just thaw and reheat.
  • If you’re feeling fancy, a side of sweet potato fries or a classic caesar salad rounds things out perfectly.
