We make this delicious four ingredient crab dip all the time! It is a family favorite around the holidays and while watching the football game.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • Lay's plain potato chips

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with Lay's plain potato chips for dipping.  

Notes

  • If your crab meat is a bit watery, drain it first to keep your dip perfectly thick and not soupy.
  • Serve the dip in a hollowed-out bread bowl.
  • If you want to offer more than just potato chips for dipping, try your favorite crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips, pita bread, slices of French bread, or raw vegetables.
  • If you’re serving keto guests, offer celery sticks or cheese whisps instead of chips.
  • Keep it cool on hot days by setting the serving bowl inside a larger bowl filled with ice.
  • Store any leftover dip in the fridge, either in an airtight container or covered snuggly with plastic wrap.
