Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • White chocolate
  • Blue sprinkles
  • White crackers
  • White cheddar cheese
  • Summer sausage/salami
  • White chocolate-covered pretzels
  • Blueberries
  • Cherry Twizzler Bites
  • Watermelon

Instructions

  • Start by preparing the white chocolate-covered strawberries. Dip each strawberry into white chocolate and then dip them in blue sprinkles. Once the strawberries are coated, lay them on a sheet of parchment paper to harden.
  • Cut the watermelon with the star cookie cutter.
  • Lay the strawberries in a half-circle shape around the right side of the charcuterie board.
  • On the left side of the charcuterie board, alternate the white crackers, white cheese, and red salami or summer sausage to fill the outer circle of the charcuterie board.
  • Place a bundle of the white chocolate pretzels, blueberries, and Twizzler bites inside the circle of strawberries and crackers, leaving a small bit of space in the middle.
  • Lastly, fill the center space of the charcuterie board with the star-shaped watermelon.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don’t have a dedicated charcuterie board, a large cutting board is a great option. You could also use a wooden tray or even a regular cookie sheet.
  • When building a beautiful charcuterie board, place the larger items on your board first, then move on to the smaller items to fill in the gaps.
  • Arrange your patriotic charcuterie board using an American flag design, instead of concentric circles.
  • Wrap your board in plastic wrap before adding the food items. This is an easy way to save on cleanup.
  • Use white ramekins or other small bowls to hold smaller items on your board.
