Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Jalapeño pepper diced
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend and baking powder.
  • Stir in the plain Greek yogurt, diced jalapeños, and half of the shredded cheddar until a dough ball forms.
  • Divide the dough into three equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece of dough into a ball, then press a hole into the center of each ball to create the classic bagel shape.
  • Line your air fryer basket with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
  • Place the bagels inside (one at a time), press the remaining cheddar onto the top of each bagel, and add extra fresh jalapeños if desired.
  • Air fry at 300°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
