Stir in the plain Greek yogurt, diced jalapeños, and half of the shredded cheddar until a dough ball forms.
Divide the dough into three equal pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball, then press a hole into the center of each ball to create the classic bagel shape.
Line your air fryer basket with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
Place the bagels inside (one at a time), press the remaining cheddar onto the top of each bagel, and add extra fresh jalapeños if desired.
Air fry at 300°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
