Unwrap the rice krispie treats, cut them in half and place a lollipop stick into each one.
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely smooth. Dip the rice krispie square into the chocolate, coating it entirely.
Place the treats on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and make two circles with the black icing on top of each square. Tip: use a freezer bag with a small hole cut into the corner to pipe the icing on with.
Use a toothpick to create a spider web by pulling the icing from the center, outwards.
Add candy eyeballs to the melted chocolate before it cools. Press the candy into the chocolate so that it really sticks.
Place the crispy treats in the fridge and allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving.
