Materials
- White printer paper
- Black ink
- Scissors
- Tape
- Tea lights
Instructions
- 1. Download the PDF package of printables.
2. Print the Halloween silhouettes with black ink onto white printer paper.- 3. Use scissors to cut out a selection of windows in each house and the eyes in the other designs.
- 4. Roll and tape each printable into a tube shape.
- 5. Place a battery operated tea light into each lantern to create a luminary Halloween town.
