- 400 g farmers sausage
- ½ head of broccoli cut into florets
- ½ head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tsp seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese grated for topping
Prevent your screen from going dark
Slice the sausage and cut up the vegetables.
Combine all ingredients except cheese into a large freezer safe plastic bag.
Freeze until ready to use (up to three months).
Defrost and cook on a skillet or in a tin foil packet over a campfire or on the BBQ.
Cook 10 minutes on medium heat.
