  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint

Instructions

  • Cut the lime into small pieces.
  • Open the silicone ice mold.
  • Place a handful of cranberries and 2-3 mint leaves into the bottom of each ice cube mold.
  • Layer with about half a slice of cut up lime.

Notes

  • I used this awesome spherical ice cube mold, but a regular old ice cube tray works just as well.
  • For crystal-clear cubes, boil water first, let it cool, then pour it into your mold.
  • Use distilled water if you want your festive ice cubes to look extra fancy.
  • Try different fresh herbs like sprigs of rosemary or basil for unique flavor.
  • Use grapefruit or orange slices, pear chunks, or pomegranate seeds for variety.
  • If you’re making cocktail cubes, freeze juice or add a splash of simple syrup to the water.
  • Layer your ingredients carefully so the prettiest parts freeze at the top of the cube.
