Ingredients

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp granulated stevia
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • 1. Place the mint, lime, stevia and half of the berries in a cocktail glass. Use the muddler to squash the ingredients and release the flavours.
  • 2. Top with rum, club soda, ice cubes and remaining berries.  Serve with a fresh sprig of mint.
