Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 Little Debbie Christmas snack cakes single serve
  • 8 oz Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp red and green sprinkles
  • ¼ cup red icing piped into squiggly lines

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese until smooth. This step can also be done in a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer.
  • Fold in whipped topping, add vanilla, and mix until blended.
  • Break the cakes into pieces and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon dip into a serving bowl and top with sprinkles and lines of red icing.
  • Serve with sliced apples, cookies, or pretzels.

Notes

  • Use heavy whipping cream. For an even richer dip, consider folding in some whipped heavy cream for added volume and creaminess.
  • Let the dip chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving. This helps it firm up nicely, lets the flavors blend, and makes it easier to scoop.
