Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups Lucky Charms

Instructions

  • Add the butter to a Dutch oven or large pot and heat until completely melted. Add the marshmallows and vanilla stirring continuously over medium heat until smooth and fully melted.
  • Remove from heat and pour in the Lucky Charms cereal. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined 9x13 baking dish. Press it down evenly and smooth the top. Add extra marshmallows on top if desired.
  • Let cool completely until set, about an hour, then cut into even squares. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Lightly grease your spatula or hands to prevent sticking while pressing the mixture into the pan.
  • Don’t press too firmly or the bars can become dense instead of soft and chewy.
  • Add extra Lucky Charms marshmallows on top for a bakery-style look.
  • Let the bars cool fully before cutting to get clean, even squares.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for the best texture.
