Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz container of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls 8 rolls with icing
  • 16 Candy eyes
  • 8 Orange sprinkles
  • 1 tsp Black sprinkles
  • ¼ cup Pretzel sticks
  • Non-stick baking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8x11 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Open the can of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and set the icing aside.
  • Place the separate cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Allow the rolls to cool slightly before spreading the vanilla icing on top.
  • Quickly add candy eyes, black sprinkles for a mouth, orange sprinkles for noses, and pretzel sticks for arms.
  • Marvel at your adorable snowman cinnamon buns as their “snowman parts” slide around, giving them that fun melting effect.

Notes

  • If you’re doubling the recipe or want more space, bake the rolls on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Place a large marshmallow on top of each snowman’s head for an extra cute touch. Consider using a short strip of dough to shape the top of the hat.
  • Microwave the Pillsbury vanilla icing in a microwave-safe bowl for a few seconds to make spreading easier.
  • Swap out orange sprinkles for small orange gumdrops or strands of Twizzlers Pull-n-Peel for scarves. Use extra portion toppings to create unique details like the neck of the snowman.
  • Use chocolate chips for additional details like black dots on the snowman.
  • If you’re not serving right away, place the cinnamon rolls in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
