Pour the applesauce, lemon juice, sweetener (if using), and coconut water into your Ninja Creami pint container.
Blend everything together until smooth using an immersion blender. Don’t go over the max fill line!
Freeze the container on a flat surface for 24 hours or until completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and run it under warm water for about 30 seconds to loosen the edges.
Lock the pint into the Ninja Creami, press the Sorbet button, and let the machine do its thing.
If the texture looks a bit crumbly or dry, don’t panic—just hit Re-spin for that perfect, creamy finish.
Scoop and serve! Bonus points for adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed granola on top.
