Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 –2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener optional
  • A splash of coconut water or apple juice

Instructions

  • Pour the applesauce, lemon juice, sweetener (if using), and coconut water into your Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Blend everything together until smooth using an immersion blender. Don’t go over the max fill line!
  • Freeze the container on a flat surface for 24 hours or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and run it under warm water for about 30 seconds to loosen the edges.
  • Lock the pint into the Ninja Creami, press the Sorbet button, and let the machine do its thing.
  • If the texture looks a bit crumbly or dry, don’t panic—just hit Re-spin for that perfect, creamy finish.
  • Scoop and serve! Bonus points for adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed granola on top.
