Ingredients

  • 1 can of pears in light syrup
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener
  • A splash of coconut water

Instructions

  • Open the canned pears and pour the pears and syrup into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Use an immersion blender to blend into a smooth texture, making sure not to go over the max fill line.
  • Place the container on a level surface in the freezer and let it freeze for 24 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and run it under hot water for 30 seconds to loosen the sides.
  • Place the container in the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami, lock the outer bowl lid into place, and insert it into the Ninja Creami ice cream maker. Press the sorbet button and allow the cycle to complete.
  • After the first spin, check the consistency. If it looks powdery, return to the machine and press the Re-spin function.
  • Scoop into bowls, top with chopped fresh ripe pears (or a handful of granola for a smoothie bowl twist), and serve immediately!

Notes

  • Freeze on a level surface to make sure your base freezes evenly and you get that perfect combination of speed and texture when spinning.
  • Don’t skip the re-spin—seriously. It’s like magic. That second spin gives you the best texture, super smooth and scoopable.
  • Tweak it to your personal taste—lemon juice for brightness, monkfruit sweetener for a little extra sweetness, or even a splash of coconut milk if you want a richer feel.
  • Flatten leftovers before refreezing—then store in an airtight container. When you’re ready to enjoy again, just run the sorbet setting one more time.
  • Try mixing in extras after the first spin, like diced pears, mini chocolate chips, or even a swirl of cream cheese if you're feeling adventurous!
