In a medium bowl, combine panko, parmesan, and seasoning. Mix well.
In a small bowl, beat the egg.
Place flour in another separate bowl.
Dredge the tenders in flour, dip in egg, and coat in the panko breadcrumb mixture.
Place chicken tenders into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in two batches.
Cook at 390 F for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Notes
To prevent sticking, you may want to spray your air fryer basket with a little bit of non-stick cooking spray.
Adjust the flavors according to your tastes. Add different spices or use another seasoning blend. Some great options include onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and black pepper.
To be sure the cooked chicken is safe to eat, check the internal temperature using an instant-read thermometer.
