Pour the Premier Protein shake into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the Oreo pudding mix and stir well until fully combined.
Place the pint container on a level surface in your freezer and freeze for 24 hours or until completely solid.
Remove the frozen pint from the freezer. Run it under hot water for 30 seconds to loosen it slightly, then remove the lid. Place the pint container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami machine, locking the lid into place.
Secure the outer bowl into the Ninja Creami machine. Press the Lite Ice Cream button and let the machine do its magic!
Remove the lid and check the creamy texture. If it looks powdery, place it back into the machine and press the Re-spin button for a smoother consistency.
While the machine is running, chop the gluten-free Oreos into small pieces.
Once the ice cream is smooth, make a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add the chopped Oreos. Run the Mix-In mode to distribute the cookie pieces evenly.
Scoop into a bowl, top with extra Oreo crumbs if desired, and enjoy your homemade ice cream!
