- 16 pitted fresh & sticky dates
- 1 Tbsp warm water if needed
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup crushed pecans
Prevent your screen from going dark
Add dates to a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add pumpkin spice.
If dates are dry and not blending well, add water sparingly to form a paste.
Roll into walnut sized balls, roll ball into crushed pecans to coat completely.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
