Ingredients

  • 4 brioche style buns
  • 2 cups 500g leftover roast beef, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup homemade garlic aioli
  • Butter lettuce or green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  • Thinly slice the roast beef.
  • Open the buns and cover both sides with aioli. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Toast the buns, open faced in the oven on low broil setting for a minute or two.
  • Layer the bottom bun with roast beef, more garlic aioli, lettuce and add the top bun.
