500g leftover roast beef, thinly sliced
½
cup
homemade garlic aioli
Butter lettuce or green leaf lettuce

Instructions
Thinly slice the roast beef.
Open the buns and cover both sides with aioli. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Toast the buns, open faced in the oven on low broil setting for a minute or two.
Layer the bottom bun with roast beef, more garlic aioli, lettuce and add the top bun.
