Ingredients

  • 10 oz smoked salmon cubed
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced
  • ¼ red onion finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 croissants
  • 1 cup Spring greens
