granulated white sugar

large egg

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

small box vanilla instant pudding mix

freeze dried strawberries
crushed to powder

white chocolate chips

Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. F.
In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar and softened butter.
Add vanilla and egg.
Mix wet ingredients until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl and mix again.
As an optional step, add a few drops of red food coloring into the bowl to increase the pink color of your cookie dough.
Mix in white chocolate chips to form a cookie dough.
Use a cookie scoop to drop the strawberry cookie dough onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
Notes
2 tablespoons of strawberry Jello powder can be used instead of freeze dried strawberries.
