2
cups
hot brewed coffee
4
Tbsp
simple syrup
½
tsp
vanilla extract
¼
tsp
almond extract
1
cup
whole milk
¼
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Pour the coffee into a 16-oz mug.
Add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup and stir.
Add white chocolate chips to the mug and stir
Add extracts and stir.
Top with frothed milk and festive sprinkles.
Notes
Warm your mug with hot water first for that café-level coziness.
Add a tiny splash of butter extract to your milk for extra flavor and that “fresh baked cookie” taste.
Store leftover syrup in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to two weeks. Or freeze it in mini ice cube trays for quick use in future lattes.
Want it sugar-free? Use monk fruit or stevia to make your own syrup.
Use brown sugar instead of white in the simple syrup for a rich, toffee-like twist.
Want to save time? Double the simple syrup recipe and keep extra on hand for future lattes.
Add crushed spritz cookies or a sugar cookie rim to your mug for a fun, crunchy garnish.
