Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 4 Tbsp simple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pour the coffee into a 16-oz mug.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup and stir.
  • Add white chocolate chips to the mug and stir
  • Add extracts and stir.
  • Top with frothed milk and festive sprinkles.

Notes

  • Warm your mug with hot water first for that café-level coziness.
  • Add a tiny splash of butter extract to your milk for extra flavor and that “fresh baked cookie” taste.
  • Store leftover syrup in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to two weeks. Or freeze it in mini ice cube trays for quick use in future lattes.
  • Want it sugar-free? Use monk fruit or stevia to make your own syrup.
  • Use brown sugar instead of white in the simple syrup for a rich, toffee-like twist.
  • Want to save time? Double the simple syrup recipe and keep extra on hand for future lattes.
  • Add crushed spritz cookies or a sugar cookie rim to your mug for a fun, crunchy garnish.
