Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and place them in the basket of an air fryer.
Cook for 20 minutes, or roast them in the oven at 350°F for 40 minutes until tender.
While the potatoes cook, brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain any excess oil and stir in the taco seasoning until well combined.
To build the bowls, cut the sweet potatoes in half and lightly mash the insides with a fork.
Top with shredded lettuce, seasoned beef, diced onion, pickles, Big Mac sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
