Ingredients

  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef cooked
  • 1 cup 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into an 8” skillet.
  • Bake at 350 F for 25 mins.
  • Stir and bake for another 5 mins.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
