celery stalks
finely diced

green onion stalk
diced

mayonnaise

cranberry sauce or salsa
Butter lettuce or alfalfa sprouts

Instructions
1. Cut the turkey into bite sized pieces.
2. Place turkey into a medium bowl and mix with diced vegetables.
3. Add mayonnaise and spices.
4. Combine well.
5. Cut the croissants in half.
6. Layer the bun with lettuce, turkey salad mixture and cranberry sauce.
