Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave safe container. Melt in intervals of 15 to 30 seconds, checking and stirring each time so that the chocolate doesn't burn.
Spread the melted chocolate wafers out onto a sheet of parchment paper. The chocolate slab should be about 1/4″ thick.
Add red and green M&Ms. Press the candy into the chocolate so that it really "sticks".
Add sprinkles to the melted chocolate.
Place the chocolate in the fridge and allow it to harden completely before breaking into “bark” sized pieces.
Notes
I used candy melts but white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate would work too. Add peppermint extract, cocoa butter or peppermint candies for variation if you would like.
