3-Ingredient S’mores Bites
These 3-ingredient sโmores bites are gooey, chocolatey and ridiculously easy to make. This is a fun, no-fuss treat that disappears fast!

I donโt know what it is about sโmores, but they instantly turn any regular day into something a little more fun.
Around here, anything with marshmallow fluff is basically a guaranteed hit. The boys will magically appear in the kitchen the second they hear a jar being opened, and suddenly Iโve got โhelpersโ asking if they can lick the spoon. Spoiler: they always can.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
These sโmores bites are everything we love about the classic treat but made simple. No campfire, no sticky fingers, and no fuss. Theyโre quick, easy, and perfect for parties, holidays, or just a fun family dessert. Plus, that combo of crunchy, creamy, and chocolatey? So good.

These little bites came together one afternoon when we were craving something sweet but didnโt feel like lighting a campfire. They have all the classic sโmores flavorsโgraham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolateโbut in a bite-sized, no-mess version thatโs perfect for sharing.
Or hiding in the fridge so you donโt have to shareโฆ not that Iโve ever done that.

Ingredients
- 1 sleeve of graham crackers (broke into ยผ) โ creates the crunchy base that gives these bites that classic sโmores texture
- 1 (7.5 oz.) jar of marshmallow fluff โ adds a soft, sweet, and gooey center without needing to toast marshmallows
- ยฝ a block of almond bark โ melts into a smooth chocolate coating that hardens perfectly around each bite
- Salt (for topping) โ balances the sweetness with a subtle salty finish that makes these extra addictive

Instructions
1. Start by breaking your graham cracker into 1/4s. Spread marshmallow fluff on one piece, then sandwich together as shown. Continue until marshmallow fluff is used up. Place in the freezer for one hour.

2. Melt down your almond bark in the microwave until melted and smooth. I do one minute intervals, stirring after each until it is completely melted.

3. Dip half your sโmore bite in chocolate and sprinkle with salt. Place on parchment paper to set.

4. Serve and enjoy! A fun twist on a classic sโmore.

Recipe Notes
- Freeze the sandwiches before dipping so they hold their shape and are easier to coat.
- Work in small batches when dipping to keep everything neat and manageable.
- Use a fork to dip for an even chocolate coating and less mess.
- Add toppings right away while the chocolate is still wet so they stick perfectly.
- Store in the fridge to keep them firm and fresh, especially in warmer weather.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use chocolate chips instead of almond bark?
Yes, just melt them with a little coconut oil or butter to help create a smoother coating.
Do these need to be refrigerated?
They donโt have to be, but storing them in the fridge helps keep them firm and prevents the chocolate from melting.
Can I make these ahead of time?
Absolutely. These are great to prep a day or two in advance, making them perfect for parties or gatherings.
