Start by breaking your graham cracker into 1/4s. Spread marshmallow fluff on one piece, then sandwich together as shown. Continue until marshmallow fluff is used up. Place in the freezer for one hour.
Melt down your almond bark in the microwave until melted and smooth. I do one minute intervals, stirring after each until it is completely melted.
Dip half your s’more bite in chocolate and sprinkle with salt. Place on parchment paper to set.
