Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- All purpose flour
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Fresh parmesan cheese, finelygrated
- Large eggs
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken, if needed.
2. In a medium bowl, combine panko, parmesan, and seasoning. Mix well.
3. In a small bowl, beat the egg.
4. Place flour in another separate bowl.
5. Dredge the tenders in flour, dip in egg, and coat in the panko breadcrumb mixture.
6. Place chicken tenders into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in two batches.
7. Cook at 390 F for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
