Rolo Pretzel Bites With Sprinkles
Sweet and salty Rolo pretzel bites with festive sprinkles are an easy no-bake holiday treat perfect for cookie trays, parties and gifting.

These are sweet, salty, crunchy, chocolatey little gems that disappear faster than teenage boys spotting snacks after school. Ask me how I know.
This recipe has become a total go-to in our house during the holidays, especially when I need something festive but donโt want to commit to a full baking marathon. Between school, activities, and feeding growing boys who eat like itโs their full-time job, Iโm always looking for easy wins.

Why We Love This Recipe
These Rolo pretzel bites come together with almost no effort but deliver that perfect sweet-and-salty combo everyone loves. Theyโre festive, fun, and easy enough to make even on your busiest holiday days.

These bites are perfect for holiday trays, cookie swaps, classroom treats, or that moment when you realize you promised to bring โsomething festiveโ and completely forgot until the night before. No fancy equipment, no mixer, no stress.
Just chocolate, pretzels, and sprinkles doing what they do best.

Ingredients
- Rolo candies, 2 packs – these caramel-filled chocolates melt beautifully and create the perfect gooey center.
- Mini pretzel twists – the salty crunch balances the sweetness of the Rolos.
- Red, green & white sprinkles – festive sprinkles add color, crunch, and holiday cheer to every bite.

Instructions
1. Spread a thin, even layer of rainbow sprinkles into a baking dish. I used an 8ร10 baking dish, but a parchment paper lined cookie sheet works just as well.
2. Place the Rolo chocolates on top of the sprinkles, evenly spaced apart, and bake for 4โ5 minutes at 200 degrees F.

3. Remove the tray from the oven and gently press a mini pretzel onto each melted Rolo.
4. Place the tray in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or in the freezer for faster setting, until the chocolate is firm.
5. Repeat the process until all the Rolos and pretzels are used up.
6. Serve in a festive dish and enjoy.

Recipe Notes
- Keep the oven temperature low so the Rolos soften without losing their shape or caramel filling.
- Press the pretzels gently so the chocolate spreads without squishing out the sides.
- Use parchment paper if you want easier cleanup and perfectly shaped bites.
- Chill fully before serving so the caramel sets and doesnโt stick to fingers.
- Switch up the sprinkles for different holidays or color themes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes! These store well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, making them perfect for advance prep.
Can I use square pretzels instead of twists?
Absolutely. Square pretzels work great and give a slightly different look while keeping the same delicious balance.
Do these need to be refrigerated?
They donโt have to be, but keeping them cool helps the chocolate and caramel stay firm, especially if your house is warm or full of snack-hunting teens.

If you need a holiday treat thatโs cute, crowd-pleasing, and doesnโt require a full kitchen takeover, these Rolo Pretzel Bites with sprinkles are it. Just donโt be surprised if they mysteriously vanish before you even finish plating them.
