We love to enjoy smoked salmon crackers and cream cheese pretty much all the time! They are a staple ingredient in many of our charcuterie boards and there are never any leftovers.

In today’s recipe, I’ll be sharing our favorite salmon, cracker, cream cheese combo. This is absolutely the easiest way to enjoy flavorful smoked salmon!

Perfect for a special occasion, these delicious little mouthfuls work just as well as a snack on a movie night.

Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon pieces – We love using this cold smoked salmon recipe.  Our Traeger smoked salmon recipe would be good too!
  • Herb and garlic cream cheese, softened to room temperature – This is our favorite Philadelphia cream cheese flavor.
  • Eve’s black sesame crackers – Of course, you can use any kind of cracker, but trust me when I tell you that these Eve’s crackers are the best! Not only do they have the perfect texture but, being low carb and gluten-free, they’re keto friendly too.
  • Fresh dill – Dill always pairs beautifully with fish like this salmon. Fresh is best!

Instructions

1.Spread cream cheese onto each cracker.

2. Top with a piece of smoked salmon.

3. Sprinkle each cracker with fresh dill.
