In today’s recipe, I’ll be sharing our favorite salmon, cracker, cream cheese combo. This is absolutely the easiest way to enjoy flavorful smoked salmon!
Perfect for a special occasion, these delicious little mouthfuls work just as well as a snack on a movie night.
Ingredients
- Smoked salmon pieces – We love using this cold smoked salmon recipe. Our Traeger smoked salmon recipe would be good too!
- Herb and garlic cream cheese, softened to room temperature – This is our favorite Philadelphia cream cheese flavor.
- Eve’s black sesame crackers – Of course, you can use any kind of cracker, but trust me when I tell you that these Eve’s crackers are the best! Not only do they have the perfect texture but, being low carb and gluten-free, they’re keto friendly too.
- Fresh dill – Dill always pairs beautifully with fish like this salmon. Fresh is best!
Instructions
1.Spread cream cheese onto each cracker.
2. Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
3. Sprinkle each cracker with fresh dill.
