This adorable snowman block ornament is fun to create with the kids.  Most of the things needed to make it can be found in your craft room!

I am so excited that the holiday season is upon us.  I am usually that crazy person who starts to decorate for Christmas on November 1st.  For us Canadians, Thanksgiving was in October so the focus turns to everything red, green and festive!

I love crafts that require very few special materials or supplies because then you can make them at any time.  My kids know that they can go into the craft room and find all sorts of things that will help them get creative!

Keeping things organized into bins and stocked up is always helpful because then they can easily find the supplies that they may need.  We tend to run out of hot glue sticks most often and I am always having to make a trip to the dollarstore to pick up more!

  1. I LOVE this idea!! I remember your pumpkin table setting ones and I loved those too! I am definitely going to make these as gifts. Where do you get the little blocks?? I’m going on a search for them now. Pinned <3

  2. Oh gosh, that is so adorable! We have these blocks lying around from when my guy was little! This is such an adorable craft! Definitely pinning this! Thanks so much for sharing!

    1. Mine won’t go in :(. I have tried to use pliers but I have now broke two off in the block!! I’m guessing the blocks I am using are a harder wood since I had to buy blocks at hobby lobby that are just smooth wood not the kids blocks. Any idea a on how to attach a hanger that isn’t one of the eye hooks? I’m at a lose!
