This darling sweater ornament tutorial is super easy to follow! These sweater ornaments make a lovely craft to create during the holidays.

Gather the supplies:
- Scrap sweater material (I used an old hat that had a hole)
- 3″ embroidery hoop
- Scissors
- Twine
- Double sided tape (optional)
- Embellishments
Directions:
- Open the embroidery hoop and line the inner ring with double sided tape. I find that this helps the material to stick better but is not necessary.
2. Place about 4″ of material over the inner ring.
3. Place the outer ring over the material and tighten the screw until the material feels firmly in place.
4. Trim off the excess material.
5. Add embellishments and bakers twine for hanging. Tip: use a hot glue gun on the back of the ornament if you are worried about the material sliding out at all.
I used bits of holiday decor to embellish the top of our sweater ornament. A glue gun was used to stick the greenery and berries on.
