Garlic Butter Shrimp in White Wine

These garlic butter shrimp in white wine are absolutely delicious and terribly easy to cook!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 stalk green onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chives diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the shrimp.
  • In a medium frying pan, soak shrimp in white wine.
  • Add green onion and cook on medium until opaque.
  • Remove shrimp from pan.
  • In same pan heat butter and garlic until it begins to brown.
  • Add shrimp and saute until coated in butter and heated through.
  • Top with a dash of lemon juice and chives.
