Ingredients

  • 6 blue Peeps Marshmallow Bunnies
  • 6 pink Peeps Marshmallow Bunnies
  • 6 purple Peeps Marshmallow Chicks
  • 6 yellow Peeps Marshmallow Chicks
  • 1 - 11 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 package honey graham crackers about 24

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×9 inch pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Pour the entire bag of chocolate chips into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Place the Peeps on top of the chocolate in rows, making sure that they lay flat for even baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the tops of the marshmallow Peeps start to turn golden brown.
  • Serve with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • Switch up the dippers! Cinnamon graham crackers, Teddy Grahams, chocolate graham crackers, or even Golden Oreos would be amazing.
  • Add some sliced apples to the mix for a fruity, slightly healthier option (balance, right?)
  • Want a peanut butter twist? Toss a few mini peanut butter cups into the bottom of the skillet with the chocolate chips before baking.
  • Don’t overbake—keep an eye on the Peeps! You want golden tops, not burnt sugar blobs.
  • Let the dip sit for a minute or two out of the oven before digging in—it will be lava hot straight from the middle of the oven!
