Ingredients

  • Medium onion diced
  • Red bell pepper diced
  • Small zucchini diced
  • 12 button mushrooms quartered
  • Carrot stalk diced

  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce optional
  • 2 Tbsp of red curry paste
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp basil
