Ingredients

  • 2 large Crepini Egg Thin Wraps
  • 4 pieces sliced deli ham
  • 2 pieces bacon cooked
  • 1/2 sliced roma tomato
  • 1/4 cup head lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • 1. Cut the wrap to the center.

    2. Lay ingredients on the four quadrants.

    3. Fold the first quadrant onto the second.

    4. Fold the second quadrant onto the third.

    5. Fold the third quadrant onto the fourth.

    6. Press in a panini press, frying pan or (like me) a George Foreman Grill.
