Ingredients

  • small pickles
  • smoked gouda cheese cubed
  • swiss cheese sliced
  • chorizzo sliced
  • homemade smoked salmon
  • grapes
  • gala apples
  • cashews
  • soft brie cheese
  • cranberry salsa

Instructions

  • 1. Select a large rectangular platter, tray or wood bread board.  I like to use large wood cutting boards like the one in this Valentines Day Charcuterie.
  • 2. Score lines into the round of brie cheese and heat it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Place it in the center of the board.
  • 3. Alternate charcuterie board ingredients around the brie. Alternate meat, cheese, crackers and fruit.
  • 4. Finally, top the round of brie with homemade cranberry salsa. Jam could be used instead but we love, love, love this salsa with brie - it's a must try!
