Easy Charcuterie Board

Charcuterie boards have become a staple around here and we love to use them for all kinds of events and holiday gatherings. In a pinch they’re also awesome for family dinner or date night too!

Too busy to make this right away?! Pin it for later!  Pin this idea to your favorite recipe board on Pinterest and it’ll be waiting for you when you’re ready.

We love charcuterie boards because they are so easy to create and fit into our low carb lifestyle.  They combine all of our favorites; savory meat, delicious cheese, crunchy nuts and sweet berries.  And no board would be complete in our house without our yummy smoked salmon!

Instructions

1. Select a large rectangular platter, tray or wood bread board.  I like to use large wood cutting boards like the one in this Valentines Day Charcuterie.

2. Score lines into the round of brie cheese and heat it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Place it in the center of the board.
