Ingredients

  • 2 cups yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 can corn niblets drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 1 large white onion diced
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. In a large skillet on medium-low heat, cook bacon. Chop into bite size pieces.
  • 2. Peel and cut potatoes and cook in the microwave on high for 5 minutes, until just fork tender.
  • 3. Add ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for at least 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
