Preheat the oven for 400 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper..
Remove the skin from the salmon fillet. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch square.
Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
Pour the garlic sauce over the salmon cubes and gently toss.
Marinate the salmon in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
Spread the salmon pieces out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake salmon at 400 F for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let the salmon bites cool for 4-5 minutes before serving.
