Leftover Pulled Pork Sliders

These delicious pulled pork sliders are irresistibly flavorful and perfect for any occasion. Tender, smoky pulled pork is piled onto soft buns and topped with tangy BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian buns
  • 2 cups leftover pulled pork
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 6 slices 100g cheese
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup creamy coleslaw optional

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl combine leftover pulled pork with barbecue sauce.
  • 2. Cut the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half with a serrated knife, leaving the individual rolls intact.
  • 3. In a rectangular baking dish or on a baking tray, layer the bottom of the rolls with the leftover pork mixture.
  • 4. Add a layer of cheese.
  • 5. Place the top of the Hawaiian rolls over the layers.
  • 6. In a small bowl combine melted butter and garlic powder.
  • 7. Brush the top half of the buns with melted butter mixture.
  • 8. Bake for 10-15 mins at 350 degrees F.
  • 9. Use a knife to cut the buns into individual mini sandwiches and serve.
