12 Hawaiian buns 2 cups leftover pulled pork ½ cup barbecue sauce 6 slices 100g cheese 1 Tbsp butter melted ½ tsp garlic powder 1 cup creamy coleslaw optional

1. In a large bowl combine leftover pulled pork with barbecue sauce.
2. Cut the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half with a serrated knife, leaving the individual rolls intact.
3. In a rectangular baking dish or on a baking tray, layer the bottom of the rolls with the leftover pork mixture.
4. Add a layer of cheese.
5. Place the top of the Hawaiian rolls over the layers.
6. In a small bowl combine melted butter and garlic powder.
7. Brush the top half of the buns with melted butter mixture.
8. Bake for 10-15 mins at 350 degrees F.
9. Use a knife to cut the buns into individual mini sandwiches and serve.
